Application Method

Participants should upload a video and fill out the online application form before 2022/7/25 Mon. 12:00 noon (UTC+8).
Participants should upload their videos to YouTube, and provide the URL in the application form.

Uploading the Video

The video must contain the participants
- playing one of V.K’s pieces (see Repertoire), and
- playing it on a musical instrument
After uploading the video to YouTube, participants should
- Change the visibility to “Public”
- Put the category, their name and the piece played in the video title
- Add the following text in the video description: 2022 Wings of Piano International Music Competition https://www.wingsofpiano.com

The video must fully show the participants playing the instrument.
Participants should only upload one video for each category.
Participants who apply for Instrumental Category as a group should provide all the members’ name.
Video or audio editing of any kind is NOT allowed.
Impersonation of any kind is NOT allowed.
Do not use the front-facing camera to record.

Other Rules and Regulations

The order of performances in the Final Round shall be decided based on the participants’ application order.
Finalists should receive via email the “Final Competition Notice” a week prior to the final competition. Please contact the organizer if you do not receive it.
Finalists who do not show up for the final competition are deemed for giving up their rights and qualification.
Finalists shall not change the pieces they play on the day of final competition.
Participants must abide by the rules and regulations announced by the organizer on the official website, the official Facebook Page, at the competition venue, and also accept the judgments by the jury.
Participants hereby give the organizer the permission to record, use, duplicate, distribute, modify photographs, videos and derivative works of their performances in the competition for public display.
Should any unexpected event happen, the organizer holds the rights and ruling power with anything that’s not included in the regulations.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant for any misconduct or violation of the competition rules.
Winners unable to attend the masterclass will be deemed to have forfeited the class.
